How to model for victoria secret or something ?

Hey I was intrested in modeling im 100 pounds athletic all that have a rocking body and everything all the needs for a model its jst i dont know where to start and i wanted to know who i could talk to and that i wont get gibd or ripped off that will actually start out a career for me i dont care how much moeny it is i jst wanna model cause thats all i really care about
