Should i ditch the dark hair and go blonde and tan?

I have really long soft black hair and blue eyes and Im not pale but not really tan either. Ive had the same look for a couple years and I get bored easy and like drastic changes lol. So Ive been thinking about bleaching my hair blonde and tanning. What do you guys think? black hair/fairish skin or blonde/super tan?
