How fast does a bb have to go to penetrate skin?

I was wondering how many FPS a bb has to go to enter your skin deep enough to have a doctor remove it?I have a steel storm.IThe chrono says 460 fps.And how far is the max distance to penetrate skin?can it break a car window?I live in an area with alot of glass and wanted to know its power to avoid damage to my property.
