Is my thumb infected?

A few days ago, Im not sure what happened but a lil piece of skin scraped off my thumb. There was a lil dent in where it happened. The hole was bleeding where it scraped. It stopped bleeding and I noticed there is some weird green stuff covering the injury and the area around the injury is all red and it hrts when I try to touch it. What can I do?
