My face is very dehydrated.?

I have dry spots on my face and in certain areas the skin is flakey. I need help to rehydrate my face. I went to shoppers and the lady told me this Vishy cream would rehydrate my face NO problem... HA!! Well she lied! Please help me and my face :)
