What "No Contract" cell provider is best for my needs?

I've been a Virgin Mobile for two-years and hate their coverage because I never receive texts, calls, or voice-mails so im looking for a new, No Contract, cell provider. I need one with prices similar to Virgin Mobile which means max $25 a month for unlimited texts. I don't care how many minutes I just need the unlimited texts.
