What would be a good topic for this project?

For my Medical Spanish course, I have to do a project. The topic can be anything, as long as it is based in the medical world. For example, the percentage of Spanish speakers in health care professions in the past versus today. Does anyone have an idea of something I could research? I'm having a very hard time thinking of anything. Thank you.
