Why am i so itchy!!!!?

so three days ago i had a shower and i have really sensitive skin and stupidly showered with lynx which is really bad for me! and i instantly came up in a rash and was itching all over my body it was so excruciating and i coudlnt stop! it carried on the day after and i had a cold shower to help soothe my skin, then i had a normal one but didnt use anything and it just getting worse and worse and is so itchy, there literaly isnt a part on my body which didnt itch, even my eyes and nose and ears! i thought an alergic reaction couldnt last that long, and thought maybe it was my boyfriends sheets so we changed them but it stil carried on! then i went home and washed with special sensitive skin stuff, and low and behold the fourth day im stil itchy as and i hate it so much :( what is this!?!? do i go docters? was it the lynx? is it bed bugs?! i cant take it im red all over and all bumpy!! can anyone help?
