Make-up question! :] ?

well, i have fair skin, light blue eyes with dark blue lines, and blonde hair. its curly hair if that helps. i have a pretty big head (haha. i dont know if that matters but its like george lopez big. ok, not that big. haha) i put on a little bit of foundation and blush. i want something that pops out but not to where people will think i'm emo or something. (people always make fun of me when i wear make-up so yeah) if you could tell me and maybe add some links pictures. 10 points to who deserves it! i really want something to make my blue eyes BEAUTIFUL! :] thank you sooo much.
