Will not contacting him give him the hint I'm over him?

He's my f*ck buddy basically, even though we've just messed around and not actually well, yeah. But, regardless, he's been really douchey lately and went from a total sweetheart who seemed to care to a bit of a self centered jerk who CAN be a sweetheart and I'm just done. It's pointless, he puts minimal effort and just want him to move on to his next, so will me not calling/texting/messaging anything at all to him give him the hint that I'm no longer interested? Yes right? It's going on 2 weeks...if he tries to call, what should I do? i don't want to be mean but I also don't want to go back. I mean I'm through even tho I'd still potentially like to be friends, i worry I might have feelings. Ideas?
