Are there no patient privacy rules in the Philippines or patients really just don't care of their privacy?

I have FaceSpace friends posting numerous photos in their social pages of their 'hospital duty' or internships and most of the photo were either them together with a patient in a hospital bed or them horsing around with outdated medical equipments.
