Do I have herpes? (I've never had sex or kissed)?

I've never had sex, or kissed anyone. i have these red bumps on private. (the skin) and the inside of my private I itch a little bit. also i have been having headaches lately, my throat has been hurting, i have a lot of mucous in my throat and i have a LOT of liquidy discharge. help?
