Woke up with skin-colored Bumps on my face?

Hey, Well, I never had acne so this has never been a problem for me! and about 2 days ago i woke up with little noticable skin-colored bumps on the lower left side of my cheek! and its annoying and i do wash my face! and i've also noticed theres a little on the lower side of my right cheek just not as much as the left! so i was wondering how to get rid of them! because if feels like theres alot!
