I have a problem with not being able to stay on my skin routine, are there any tips on how to stay on-track?

I have a good brand that works for me, but I never stay motivated enough to follow through completely. I an asking for advice on how to KEEP my schedule, not make one. If anyone has any tips that would be great!

Best shampoo for fine thin hair for frequent use without suplhates etc?

I have very fine thin hair - I need to wash it everyday as it gets a bit greasy on the roots and you can see all my scalp through my hair which I hate! I think it may be better to use a organic shampoo that has less/no chemicals, no sulphates, no parabens etc. I was thinking something from the Aveda range - or any suggestions? Please help!

I always have them aroudn the corners of my nose but i noticed right after i got out of the shower that they were all coming out! not obviously but ?i noticed them more. some kinda scrape off like dead skin and some just stay there. They're these white-ish, tiny bumps/things on and around the corners of my nose. Help please! i really want to get rid of them. they also make it difficult for me to apply my foundation in that area. thanks in advance for any help

Girls - this is about circumcision, if you had been born a guy, would you prefer to be circumcised or not?

I guess this question goes out mainly to those who state a preference for the circumcised variety. Even if you prefer circumcised, how would you feel about having had that choice made for you when you were too young to choose for yourself? I myself am circumcised and sometimes it doesn't bother me, and sometimes it does (there's nothing I can do about it after all). Most girls don't seem to either notice, or mind, but it does upset me a bit that many girls definitely prefer a foreskin, and I can fully understand them doing, I think I would. Suppose that you had had the small foreskin covering on your clitoris removed, before you were old enough to remember - that is about the equivalent of removing our foreskins really, even though ours are bigger. It would only make a small difference to your genitals, so would you be OK about somebody having made that choice for you, and also, that some guys would prefer girls with that bit of skin there, and some would prefer it removed.

Blurred vision in my left eye?

I've noticed that within the last several days (a little less than a week, maybe?) my left eye has been kind of blurry. I wear contacts, and whether I'm wearing contacts or glasses, it's blurry. Usually, both of my eyes are just fine when reading up close (I'm nearsighted), but my eye is even blurry then. Things seem to double a little (mostly text), but I think that could maybe be my mild astigmatism? For most of the days I've noticed this, my eyes felt like they were dry or had something in them, but it seemed to temporarily subside when I used eye drops. Now, they don't hurt at all. Also, the skin below my left eye (my upper cheek) and the area below my right eyebrow have been pretty tender and kind of red for the last couple of weeks. Could this be related? What could be causing this relatively sudden blurriness?

Good cosmetology school in Cincinnati?

I would consider moving to NYC for a year to attend school. Not only does it only take 1000 hours to get your license, you'll be around the place where all the trends start, and all of the mist talented hair stylists and students. The schools are a much more down to business approach in the city. It also looks much better on a resume to go to school in NY or LA for anything fashion or aesthetically related.

My boyfriend's army graduation is coming up and i want to look amazing. I'm 120 pounds, and I have a fairly good figure in my opinion (big ***) so I'm getting a tight dress and a few cute new outfits for the couple of days I'll be up there. I even tried some new makeup and it looks great..so all that's left is this decisions about my hair. I want to dye it black, Katy Perry looks hot and she has black hair. Guys, what do you think? I've had brown hair for a while and dyed it black a while ago, then changed my mind. I would love some helpful advice. I need someone to talk to. My life has been really stressful and I need help. My parents divorced when I was 8 and my mom blames herself for EVERYTHING. Today we got in an argument and she said she blamed herself and my dad for the way I turned out. She said she blamed herself and my dad for the way I am. My mom has always been really nice and caring and I couldnt belive it when she said it. My dad is an alcoholic and my sister came this weekend.
